South Korean girl rock band QWER will return to Singapore on 8 and 9 January 2027 for their second concert tour, QWER 2nd TOUR <ROCKATION : ROCKET LAUNCH!!>. Presented by FriedRice Entertainment, the two shows will take place at The Theatre at Mediacorp.
The group, comprising CHODAN, MAGENTA, HINA and SIYEON, has continued to build its following with its energetic performances and distinctive band identity. In April 2026, QWER released its fourth mini album, CEREMONY, marking the culmination of its first musical chapter. The release followed the group’s debut single album, Harmony from Discord, and its third mini album, I’m on your Side, even if the world Is in discord, while signalling a new stage in its musical journey.
Following the conclusion of its first tour, ROCKATION, earlier this year, QWER is now preparing to take its music further with the new tour’s space themed concept. The subtitle, ROCKET LAUNCH!!, reflects the group’s playful imagination and the idea of embarking on another adventure after travelling around the world.
The concert is expected to showcase QWER’s signature energetic performances alongside a wider range of emotions, from the anticipation before liftoff to the excitement of setting off on a new journey. Having demonstrated its musicianship and stage presence during the first tour, the group will also present a more mature side through this latest series of performances.
The tour will kick off in Seoul on 12 and 13 September before travelling to eight cities: Taipei, Fukuoka, Osaka, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore.
