Presented by Income Insurance, the festival will feature more than 100 exhibitors and cat brands, alongside interactive photo zones, an artist marketplace, the CFA Cat Show, adoption drives and activities for cats and their owners.

This year’s visual identity is created by official festival artist Inwarmregard, whose cat inspired illustrations draw on Singapore’s neighbourhoods and the distinctive personalities of local community cats. The artwork incorporates familiar details from everyday life into a playful visual world for visitors to explore.

One of the main attractions will be a series of giant interactive photo zones featuring oversized cat inflatables and larger than life cat structures. Visitors can explore the installations and take photographs throughout the event.

The cat centric marketplace will feature more than 100 exhibitors selling cat food, treats, accessories, pet essentials and lifestyle products. Visitors can browse local and regional brands, whether they are shopping for their feline companions or looking for cat themed items for themselves.

Artist Alley will showcase local artists and independent creators who produce cat inspired merchandise, illustrations, art prints and other original creations. The area gives visitors an opportunity to discover local creative talent and bring home unique pieces inspired by cats.

Cat enthusiasts can also visit the CFA Cat Show, presented by the Feline Fanciers Society of Singapore. Pedigreed and household cats will be assessed by international judges, giving visitors the chance to see different cats up close and learn more about feline characteristics, breed standards and responsible ownership.

The festival will also host an adoption drive involving animal welfare groups supporting Singapore’s feline community. Visitors can meet cats looking for homes and learn more about responsible adoption, fostering, volunteering and other ways to support animal welfare efforts.

For visitors who want to participate in the activities, the programme will include competitions and interactive challenges for cats and their owners. The Best Dressed Cat Competition will invite owners to dress up their feline companions for a chance to win prizes. Other cat themed challenges inspired by popular online trends will offer more opportunities to take part and win prizes.

A movie screening will provide visitors with a chance to take a break from the activities, while food and beverage options and dedicated rest areas will offer spaces to recharge during the event. Exclusive goodie bags containing selected products, samples and treats from participating brands and partners will also be available while stocks last.

Tickets are available in two pricing phases. Early Purr prices run from 14 September to 6 November 2026, with one day admission priced at S$7 and two-day Express Admission at S$15. The two-day option includes priority entry and is valid for both 7 and 8 November.
