Australian children’s entertainer Emma Memma will return to Singapore this November with a new original family musical, Emma Memma & The Wishing Tree, featuring Kayshita. Presented by MindChamps Emma Memma Production, the show follows Emma Memma’s Singapore debut with MindChamps in 2025. The latest collaboration aims to give parents and children an opportunity to learn together through storytelling, music, movement and theatrical performance.

At the heart of the production is the MindChamps approach to nurturing three areas of development in every child: the Champion Mind, Learning Mind and Creative Mind. The musical incorporates elements of the organisation’s patented MindChamps Music programme, MindChamps Reading, Creativity & Theatrical Strategies, and Enquiry Teaching & Learning.

The new story also draws inspiration from the MindChamps Attribute “I See the Beauty in Others”, encouraging children to recognise and appreciate the positive qualities of people around them. Through the characters and their experiences, families can explore themes of empathy, gratitude and helping others.

Joining Emma Memma is Kayshita, an original character from MindChamps’ proprietary ZunBold Universe. The character supports the development of MindChamps’ three minds and Ten Attributes through storytelling and shared learning experiences, encouraging children to build confidence, develop empathy and help those in need.

Kayshita’s inclusion connects MindChamps’ educational philosophy with the musical’s central message, giving children an opportunity to reflect on how kindness and appreciation can shape their relationships with others.

The experience will also extend beyond the theatre through a Special Activity Book priced at S$10. Curated by the MindChamps Education Team, the book features activities inspired by the musical’s characters, story and themes, allowing parents and children to continue exploring the lessons together at home.

Emma Memma was created by Dr Emma Watkins, a two-time ARIA Award winner and former Yellow Wiggle. Her work combines music, movement, dance and visual communication to engage young audiences and their families.

Tickets for Emma Memma & The Wishing Tree will go on sale through SISTIC on 10 October 2026 at 10am. The musical will run at Victoria Theatre from 4 to 6 November 2026, offering families a chance to experience its world premiere in Singapore.
