[Promo Alert] Kai Duck Offers 61% Off Signature Dishes for Singapore’s 61st Birthday

Kai Duck is marking Singapore’s 61st birthday with a special dining promotion that gives diners 61% off one selected signature dish during dinner.

The offer covers one out of eight signature dishes and is available for dinner from Monday to Sunday. Reservations are required.

We visited Kai Duck for a dinner tasting and tried several of its signature dishes, including the Signature Peking Duck with Braised Beehoon.

The duck was obviously the highlight of the meal, with crisp skin, tender meat and rich roasted flavours.

The braised beehoon added another layer to the dish, soaking up the savoury juices and making it a more substantial option for sharing.

The Crispy Fried Prawns in Laksa-infused Dressing was another highlight.

The prawns retained a good crunch, while the laksa dressing added familiar local flavours with a fragrant and slightly spicy finish. It is one of the more distinctive dishes available under the promotion and worth considering for diners who want something beyond traditional Cantonese cuisine.

The Poached Mixed Vegetables with Pork Skin in Rice Stock was a lighter and more comforting dish.

The vegetables were paired with a savoury rice stock, while the pork skin added richness and texture. It offered a good contrast to the stronger flavours of the duck and prawns.

We also tried the Signature Fried Rice with Black Truffle Mushroom & Beetroot.

Fragrant and earthy, the fried rice featured mushrooms and black truffle for added aroma, while the beetroot gave the dish an interesting visual and flavourful touch. It was a satisfying accompaniment to the rest of the meal.

The main draw, however, is the SG61 promotion.

Diners can enjoy 61% off one of eight signature dishes during dinner, making it a good opportunity to try some of Kai Duck’s better-known offerings at a significantly reduced price.

Available signature dishes include the Signature Peking Duck with Braised Beehoon, Steamed Yellow Croaker with Pork Patty in Superior Soya Sauce and Crispy Fried Prawns in Laksa-infused Dressing, among others.
