The promotion is available for international travel from Saudi Arabia as well as transit flights through the Kingdom to onward destinations across Saudia’s network spanning four continents. The offer is part of the airline’s efforts to provide competitive travel options, increase transit traffic and support tourism and Umrah travel.

Bookings can be made from 20 August to 3 September 2026 through all Saudia sales channels. Eligible travel dates are from 1 September to 10 December 2026, with the promotion applying to both one way and round-trip tickets in Guest and Business Class.

Passengers travelling under the promotion will have access to Saudia’s digital, airport and onboard services. These include high speed inflight connectivity, which is currently being introduced across a growing number of aircraft in the airline’s fleet.

AlFursan members will also receive an additional benefit through the promotion. Members will earn 100% Bonus Tier Credits on eligible flights booked during the offer period, helping them progress towards a higher membership tier or retain their existing status and associated benefits.

The promotion comes as Saudia continues to develop its Jeddah hub strategy. The airline is coordinating flight schedules into structured arrival and departure waves to support smoother connections for passengers travelling between Asia, Europe, Africa and other markets across its network.

Saudia expects transit passenger numbers through Jeddah to increase from more than 2 million in 2026 to over 5.5 million by 2030 as the airline expands its connecting flight network and operational capabilities.

Eligible transit passengers can also take advantage of Saudia’s Stopover Visa, which is issued electronically as part of the booking process. The visa allows eligible travellers to stay in Saudi Arabia for up to 96 hours while in transit. During their stay, visitors can perform Umrah, explore destinations across the Kingdom and experience its tourism offerings before continuing to their final destination.

The latest fare promotion forms part of Saudia’s broader efforts to strengthen transit traffic and establish Saudi Arabia as an important connecting point for international travel. Through its expanding network and enhanced connectivity, the airline is seeking to increase its capacity to serve international travellers while supporting the objectives of the Saudi Aviation Strategy.  https://alvinology.com/2026/08/24/48-hours-in-nanjing-a-short-trip-a-lasting-impression/
