Launched in Singapore earlier this month, the updated ready-to-drink milk is aimed at consumers who lead active lifestyles and are looking for convenient sources of protein. The beverage is available in Chocolate and Vanilla flavours.

According to F&N, adults aged 18 to 49 generally require around 0.8g of protein per kg of body weight daily, while those engaging in regular moderate intensity exercise may require around 1.2g to 1.5g per kg. The reformulated drink is positioned as an easy way to add protein to everyday diets.

The milk is low in lactose, produced in Australia and halal-certified.

F&N also claims the product has one of the highest protein-to-calorie ratios among readily available protein milk beverages in Singapore. With no sugar added, it is designed to provide a higher protein intake with fewer calories.

The reformulation was developed in collaboration with the High Performance Sport Institute (HPSI) of Sport Excellence Singapore, which provides sports science and sports medicine support to Team Singapore athletes.

With 30g of protein per serving, F&N says the updated formulation is designed to support the nutritional demands of high-intensity training and muscle recovery.

The product is available in Chocolate and Vanilla flavours.

F&N MAGNOLIA High Protein Milk is available at leading supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, minimarts and provision shops at a recommended selling price of S$5.05 per bottle. For more information, visit F&N MAGNOLIA.
