Museum of Ice Cream Singapore Turns 5 with Free Entry for Returning Visitors and a Full Day Birthday Bash

Museum of Ice Cream Singapore is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a special thank you to the guests who have been part of its journey. To mark the milestone, eligible past visitors can return to the attraction with a complimentary General Admission ticket, while the public is invited to join an all-day birthday celebration at its Dempsey location on Saturday, 29 August 2026.

Since opening its doors in Singapore in 2021, Museum of Ice Cream has welcomed more than half a million guests and established itself as a popular destination for families, friends and visitors looking for an immersive experience. The attraction has also received accolades including Klook’s Best in Experience Award 2023 and TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Award. Its colourful installations and playful experiences have also attracted celebrities including JJ Lin, Hannah Quinlivan, Drew Barrymore and Sandara Park.

As part of the anniversary celebrations, guests who visited Museum of Ice Cream Singapore between 1 August 2021 and 30 June 2026 and purchased their tickets through the official ticketing website can qualify for one complimentary General Admission ticket per verified booking email.

To redeem the offer, eligible guests must submit the email address used for their original booking through the designated Google Form. Once verified, successful applicants will receive a unique promotional code by email, which can be used to book the complimentary ticket by 27 August 2026. The complimentary General Admission ticket is valid until 30 September 2026.

Each eligible booking email can only be used once for the redemption, regardless of how many tickets were purchased under that email address. Submission of the redemption form does not guarantee eligibility, as all entries are subject to verification.

The initiative gives returning guests a chance to revisit their favourite installations, enjoy unlimited ice cream and create new memories at the attraction as part of its five-year celebration.

The main anniversary celebration will take place on Saturday, 29 August from 10am to 6pm at Museum of Ice Cream’s Dempsey location. Designed around the nostalgia of childhood birthday parties, the event will feature complimentary face painting, glitter tattoos and a roaming balloon sculptor, alongside the attraction’s colourful play spaces.

The celebration will also highlight Museum of Ice Cream’s focus on learning through play with a complimentary live storytelling session by a local children’s author. The session will take place from 4pm to 5pm at the museum’s private events room.

The fifth anniversary will also be marked through a social media campaign running from 17 August to 28 August 2026. Visitors can share their favourite Museum of Ice Cream memories on Instagram by following and tagging @museumoficecreamsg and using the official anniversary hashtag, #MOICTURNS5.

Five winners will have the chance to receive either a complimentary birthday party package for up to 15 guests or 10 VIP tickets valued at up to S$900 each.

Five years after opening in Singapore, Museum of Ice Cream continues to bring visitors together through play, imagination and its signature ice cream experiences. The anniversary celebrations offer both returning guests and first-time visitors an opportunity to experience the attraction and take part in the festivities.
