Running from 3pm to 10pm at CQ @ Clarke Quay Fountain Square, the festival will showcase Singapore’s diverse food culture through exclusive dishes, drinks and experiences created specially for the event. Visitors can expect a mix of local favourites, contemporary creations and international cuisines given a distinctly Singaporean twist.

Participating restaurants and bars include Chupitos, Hanjip, Level Up, Red House Seafood and Zouk Group’s Korio, The Plump French Man and Wildseed Café, alongside other restaurants and homegrown businesses within the precinct. Each will present festival exclusive creations inspired by Singaporean flavours and dining traditions.

Homegrown brands including Hippopotato, Elephant Ground, Outback Haus, Sweedy and The East Social will also be part of the festival, offering their own distinctive flavours and limited time creations.

Jiak by the Quay will also cater to pet owners, with a dedicated selection of pet centric brands including Bailey & Patch Pet Café, Mum Mum Gourmet, Providog and The Pet Provision. Pawrents and their furkids can explore the offerings and take part in activities designed for both people and pets.

Beyond food, the festival will feature live entertainment, interactive activities and family friendly experiences. Visitors can try customised canvas art, edible cookie painting and pottery painting, while the Pet Popiah Workshop offers a creative activity for pet owners and their companions.

The entertainment line-up includes performances by local bands Roseville and Syakirah, featuring familiar favourites and crowd-pleasing hits. DJ Valerie will close out the day with feel good music sets.

The food celebration will continue after the festival weekend, with selected festival exclusive menu items available at participating CQ @ Clarke Quay dining outlets until 13 September 2026. This gives visitors more time to try the limited time creations introduced during Jiak by the Quay.

Diners can also enjoy a range of dining rewards at participating CQ @ Clarke Quay F&B outlets from now until 31 December 2026.
