HOKA Launches Clifton PRO Performance Trainer Featuring New PROGLIDE+ Technology

HOKA has unveiled the Clifton PRO, the latest evolution of its popular Clifton running shoe franchise, introducing a next generation performance trainer designed to help runners maximise efficiency and consistency during daily training. Launching in Singapore on 9 July 2026, the new model builds on more than a decade of innovation with the debut of HOKA’s new PROGLIDE+ technology.

Originally introduced in 2014, the Clifton transformed the running shoe market by combining maximal cushioning with a lightweight and responsive ride. Over the years, it has become one of HOKA’s most recognisable models, earning a loyal following among runners seeking comfort, smooth transitions and dependable performance for everyday mileage.

The Clifton PRO represents the next chapter of the franchise, offering a more performance focused design aimed at runners who want to improve efficiency and achieve consistent training results. Featuring a streamlined silhouette and a redesigned geometry, the shoe is engineered to deliver smoother transitions and greater control while supporting high mileage training.

At the heart of the Clifton PRO is the new PROGLIDE+ system, which combines resilient SCF foam with HOKA’s aggressive MetaRocker technology. The pairing is designed to absorb impact while naturally guiding runners forward with a fluid rolling motion, encouraging a steadier running cadence and a smoother ride throughout every run.

The shoe also incorporates premium materials and a durable construction suited for frequent training sessions. Its updated rocker geometry, breathable engineered mesh upper and precision tuned profile are designed to enhance comfort, turnover and stability over longer distances.

Additional features include a comfort collar for improved fit, a Durabrasion rubber outsole for enhanced durability, reflective details to improve visibility in low light conditions and a podular outsole design that contributes to smoother transitions from heel to toe.

The launch is accompanied by HOKA’s new Run It Again campaign, centred around a short film that celebrates the discipline, repetition and commitment behind consistent training. The campaign positions the Clifton PRO as a reliable training companion for runners striving to improve through everyday effort.

The HOKA Clifton PRO will be available from 9 July 2026 at HOKA retail stores and selected authorised retail partners across Singapore. The shoe is priced at S$249.

The men’s version weighs 296g in a US size 10 and features a 42mm heel stack, 34mm forefoot stack and an 8mm drop. It will be available in Antique Olive with River Rock Grey, Cosmic Grey with Black, and Stellar Grey with Galactic Grey colourways. The women’s version weighs 242g in a US size 8 and comes with a 38mm heel stack, 30mm forefoot stack and an 8mm drop. It will be offered in the Stardust with Stellar Grey colourway.
