Sentosa GrillFest, Singapore’s signature beachfront food festival, is set to return to Siloso Beach for its ninth edition from 23 July to 16 August 2026, bringing its most ambitious line up yet. Since its debut in 2017, the festival has attracted close to 800,000 visitors, and this year’s edition will feature 42 food vendors across five curated zones, including 18 new names alongside returning favourites.
The 2026 edition promises an expanded gastronomic experience that blends live fire cooking, international flavours and immersive beachfront dining. Visitors can expect a mix of bold new concepts and familiar crowd pullers, alongside first ever dining experiences co created with the Singapore Chefs’ Association.
A major highlight this year is Chef’s Grill, the festival’s first ever eight course omakase inspired beachfront dining experience. Developed in collaboration with the Singapore Chefs’ Association, the concept will be hosted in an air-conditioned tent with premium tableware and will showcase live fire cooking techniques by a rotating roster of Singapore chefs. Three mainstay vendors, Sentosa Golf Club, R&B Grill Bar and ASAP & CO, will anchor the experience across all four weekends, while a rotating guest vendor slot will introduce new flavours weekly. Chef’s Grill will also serve as the closing platform for the inaugural Singapore Chef Festival, marking a new milestone for the local culinary calendar.

Returning in an elevated format is Marketplace, created in partnership with Indoguna. The zone will focus on premium and responsibly sourced ingredients, featuring a central chiller display where guests can select fresh meats, seafood, vegetables and gourmet products before having them cooked on the spot at themed grill stations. The experience highlights live fire cooking techniques such as grilling, smoking and searing, while a retail section offers artisanal sauces, spices and ready to cook items for visitors to bring the festival experience home. A new aura reading photobooth will also be introduced for interactive photo opportunities.
As the sun sets, Sunset Lounge by Asahi will provide a relaxed beachfront bar experience, offering a space for guests to unwind with curated drinks, DJ sets and live band performances against the backdrop of Siloso Beach. Positioned as a transition point between afternoon and evening sessions, the lounge is designed for golden hour gatherings by the sea.

The festival’s core food offerings return through three main zones, Local Grills, International Grills and Beachside Grills. Local Grills features returning favourites such as Slurp Your Oysters, serving freshly shucked oysters from Murotsu Bay in Hyogo Prefecture, and Craft’B, known for its grass-fed ribeye previously featured on Netflix. Also returning is DAMN, winner of the People’s Choice Award in 2025, bringing back its popular dry aged meats and signature beef burger. New participant Cow Bae joins the lineup with flame focused dishes that include tableside flambé cooking.
International Grills brings a global culinary journey to Siloso Beach with offerings such as Korean barbecue from Hanok Kimchi, Japanese mentaiko wagyu beef bowls from Gyushi and smoky barbecue flavours from BBQ Box. New entrants include Umi Matsuri, introducing robatayaki style grilling, and 8 Degree Taiwanese Bistro, serving the classic Taiwanese street food sausage with sticky rice.
At Beachside Grills, diners can enjoy open flame cooking by the waterfront with returning favourites like Jett BBQ, known for its dinosaur ribs, and Smok Hous, serving Texas style barbecue. New additions include Smokin’ Joe, featuring Australian Wagyu ribeye, and ChillBro, offering grilled banana topped with chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Beyond food, Sentosa GrillFest 2026 will also feature live entertainment throughout the festival period. The opening weekend will include a performance by Korean jazz band ZIP4 on 26 July at 7pm, presented in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore.
This year’s edition also introduces new sustainability measures, with the Chef’s Grill pavilion and beachfront lighting powered by battery and solar energy for the first time. All vendors will continue to use compostable packaging and cutlery in line with Sentosa’s disposables policy, supporting efforts to reduce environmental impact.
Accessibility remains a key focus, with dedicated beach tracks for wheelchair users and families with strollers, as well as priority seating for guests with mobility needs across the festival grounds.
Sentosa GrillFest 2026 will run on selected dates from 23 July to 16 August, daily from 4pm to 10.30pm at Siloso Beachfront, Sentosa.
