foodpanda has announced a new partnership with Sheng Siong, bringing one of Singapore’s largest supermarket chains exclusively onto its platform for on demand grocery delivery. Starting from 22 June 2026, shoppers can order more than 12,000 grocery products and household essentials from 43 Sheng Siong outlets across the island, with plans to add more stores progressively in the coming months.

The collaboration marks a significant expansion of foodpanda’s grocery offering and reflects the growing demand for quick commerce services in Singapore. Customers can expect their orders to arrive within an hour, making it easier to access Sheng Siong’s value driven range of products without leaving home.
According to foodpanda, grocery shopping habits have continued to evolve over the past few years. Since 2023, the platform has recorded a 7 per cent increase in grocery order frequency, while the average number of items purchased per order has grown by 8 per cent. The trend suggests that consumers are increasingly turning to on demand delivery services not only for last minute purchases but also for their regular weekly grocery needs.
The addition of Sheng Siong complements foodpanda’s existing grocery ecosystem, which includes its own pandamart network as well as a range of supermarket and retail partners. By bringing Sheng Siong onto the platform, foodpanda aims to offer consumers even greater access to affordable grocery options while strengthening its position in Singapore’s growing online grocery market.
To support larger shopping baskets and bulk purchases, foodpanda has also invested in enhanced fulfilment capabilities. This includes deploying a three-wheeler delivery fleet with greater carrying capacity, allowing the platform to handle bigger and heavier grocery orders more efficiently while maintaining fast delivery times.
Through the new partnership, customers will gain access to more than 12,000 grocery and household products from Sheng Siong, alongside the convenience of one hour doorstep delivery. pandapro subscribers will also enjoy additional perks, including free delivery on eligible orders.
To celebrate the launch, foodpanda and Sheng Siong are rolling out one of the platform’s largest grocery campaigns to date. From 22 June to 19 July 2026, customers who place orders from Sheng Siong via foodpanda will stand a chance to win S$10,000 in cash each day. One winner will be selected daily throughout the 28-day campaign, bringing the total prize pool to S$280,000.
In addition to the cash giveaways, shoppers can enjoy exclusive launch promotions, including discounts of up to 40 per cent on selected Sheng Siong products. Additional rewards and special offers will also be introduced throughout the campaign period.
