Football fans in Singapore can look forward to an action-packed season as Football Fever 2026 takes over CHIJMES, Capitol Singapore, Chinatown Point and Perennial Business City from 11 June to 20 July 2026. The month-long celebration will transform the four destinations into football themed hubs packed with live screenings, interactive games, fan activities, food experiences and exclusive rewards throughout the FIFA World Cup 2026 season.
CHIJMES will kick things off with an official FIFA World Cup 2026 Opening Celebration on 11 June at the Main Lawn. Organised in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico in Singapore, the Singapore Mexico Chamber of Commerce, the Embassy of the United States of America in Singapore and the High Commission of Canada in Singapore, the event celebrates the tournament’s three host nations through football, music and culture. Guests can expect embassy led speeches, Mexican cultural dance performances, live band entertainment, DJ sets featuring Latin pop and football anthems, followed by a live screening of the opening match from 3am.
Throughout the tournament season, CHIJMES will host large scale live screenings across its Main Lawn, B1 spaces and selected restaurants, including screenings on a giant 360-inch screen.
Football fans can also enjoy a bustling F&B village in partnership with The Shake Affinity, featuring grab and go bites, beer promotions and cocktails available during match hours. Premium tequila brand Don Julio, an official FIFA World Cup 2026 supporter, will also bring a Mexico inspired experience to the festivities with signature cocktails and limited-edition drinks.
The venue’s entertainment zone at the Mini Lawn will offer football clinics by Weston Next Gen on selected dates, alongside mini matches, interactive challenges and games suitable for all ages. Lenovo will also set up a Digital AI Photobooth where visitors can transform themselves into digital football players complete with jerseys and customised avatars. To make travelling easier after late night screenings, ride hailing platform TADA will offer visitors S$3 off rides to and from CHIJMES and Capitol Singapore using a special promo code during the campaign period.
Over at Capitol Singapore, football fans can catch live screenings daily at the Arcade at The Capitol Kempinski and the Outdoor Plaza. The venue will also host a variety of hands on activities including DRAX Drone Soccer Sky Games, which combines drone flying with football inspired gameplay. The drone soccer activation will run on selected dates in June, featuring exhibition matches and public try out sessions designed for both gamers and sports enthusiasts.
Capitol Singapore will also host football clinics in partnership with Flair Football Academy across selected weekends in July, introducing aspiring young players to the basics of the game in a fun environment. Visitors can also participate in a Football Accuracy Challenge for a chance to win prizes while enjoying complimentary energy drink samples from Hausboom BOOM+.
Dining promotions will also be available throughout the season. At Hopscotch, visitors can enjoy all day match specials including three pints of Heineken beer for S$33++ and sausage platters paired with beer bundles designed for football gatherings.
Beyond CHIJMES and Capitol Singapore, Chinatown Point will transform its indoor atrium into a football themed playground from 15 to 28 June, featuring Robo Car Soccer, VR Soccer and football inspired photo spots for families and shoppers. Visitors can also participate in social media challenges for a chance to win vouchers, while free Drone Soccer try outs will take place from 29 June to 5 July.
Meanwhile, Perennial Business City will host Singapore’s first five-week Drone Soccer Sky League beginning 8 June in collaboration with DRAX Global. The league will feature amateur and professional categories, coaching sessions, free beginner trials and championship matches, alongside live World Cup screenings at Bubble House+.
Adding to the excitement, shoppers across all four destinations can participate in the Spend & Score campaign from 11 June to 20 July. Shoppers who spend at least S$40 with up to two same day receipts can play a football themed mini game to win instant shopping and dining rewards worth more than S$130,000 in total. Each qualifying entry will also go into a grand draw featuring a Lenovo gaming laptop worth more than S$4,000 as the top prize, alongside Lee Heng Jewellers vouchers for 15 winners.
