Trip.com Group has officially brought its popular online travel recommendation tool into the real world with the launch of a new interactive travel experience in Singapore. Premiering for the first time, this initiative transforms the platform’s Trip.Best Global Rankings into a physical journey across 28 of the country’s top attractions, landmarks, and dining establishments.
Eligible local residents and international visitors with their app location set to Singapore can now visit newly installed check in stations at iconic spots including Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Bird Paradise, Night Safari, Singapore Zoo, Palawan Beach on Sentosa, and Jewel Changi Airport.

At these stations, visitors can participate in onsite activities to earn exclusive memorabilia, badges, and Trip Coins, which can be applied to future bookings on the platform.
The campaign is built upon the Trip.Best Global Rankings, a carefully curated list launched in 2022 that uses artificial intelligence and human oversight to analyse millions of verified reviews and booking data.

To make exploring these top rated spots more rewarding, the new offline experience offers four curated routes for participants to follow, specifically Novelty, Family, Gourmet, and Classic. Each route features up to eight check in stations.

The Novelty route highlights Mandai Wildlife Reserve as a key partner, offering visitors exclusive souvenirs like fridge magnets and photo cards at selected stations within the parks.

Travelers looking to participate and earn rewards between now and May 31, 2026, can start by downloading the Trip.com app. To jin, simply tap the Trip.Best icon, claim your status as an Invited Reviewer, and select your preferred route.
Checking in at designated stations allows users to receive up to 300 Trip Coins per visit.

Completing at least three check ins on the Novelty route, or five on the other routes, extends these benefits for a full year. Additionally, achieving the top reviewer status by the end of May 2026 enters participants into a draw to win a Singapore hotel stay worth $300.
Singapore serves as the launchpad for this initiative before it rolls out to other parts of Asia.
According to Sunny Sun, Vice President of Trip.com and CEO of Trip.Gourmet, the Trip.Best Global Rankings currently generate more than 1.2 billion impressions annually and have become a useful travel planning tool for users worldwide. She shared that the new initiative aims to make travel exploration more interactive while encouraging visitors to discover and share memorable experiences.

Following the Singapore launch, Trip.com Group plans to expand the interactive experience to Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and South Korea by the end of 2026. The company is targeting more than 300 interactive check in stations across Asia from the last quarter of 2026 onwards.
