The LEGO Group has officially unveiled the expansion of its regional headquarters in Singapore, underscoring its long-term commitment to the Asia-Pacific region and its focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.

The expanded hub enhances the company’s ability to attract top talent, foster cross-functional collaboration, and continue creating innovative play experiences for children across APAC. Having maintained a strong presence in Singapore for over a decade, LEGO selected the country as its regional base due to its world-class infrastructure, stable operating environment, deep talent pool, and vibrant innovation ecosystem.
A Workplace Built Around Play and Inclusivity
Spanning more than 7,000 square metres across four floors, including an additional 1.5-floor expansion, the refreshed office embodies LEGO’s global workplace principles of playfulness and inclusivity.
The space is filled with creative touches inspired by Singapore’s iconic playgrounds and cultural heritage. From a life-sized LEGO Uncle Otter installation to Peranakan-inspired lunch boxes filled with LEGO bricks, the design blends local identity with the brand’s signature creativity. The result is a dynamic environment built to spark collaboration, imagination, and connection among employees.
The office adopts a holistic approach to well-being through its Flex Office concept, incorporating activity-based working environments. Colleagues can choose from focus zones, hybrid collaboration spaces, social areas, and dedicated play zones, even enjoying hands-on LEGO building sessions during the workday.
Inclusive design is also central to the space. Dedicated well-being and parents’ rooms, along with a mix of open and quiet areas, help support neurodiversity and different working styles, ensuring employees can perform at their best.
Official Opening Ceremony
The opening of the expanded hub was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Melissa Guan, Vice President and Head of Consumer at the Singapore Economic Development Board; Jakob Brix Tange, Ambassador of Denmark to Singapore; Loren Shuster, Chief People Officer of the LEGO Group; Lucia Cioffi, SVP and Chief Procurement Officer; and Claus Kristensen, SVP APAC.
Strengthening Its Role in the Region
Today, the LEGO Group employs more than 500 people in Singapore. The hub houses key global and regional functions including Business Service Operations, the Creative Play Lab, the LEGO Agency, Engineering & Quality, Commercial Strategy, Branded Channels, as well as Global Supply Chain and Procurement Operations.
This breadth of capabilities highlights Singapore’s strategic importance in supporting LEGO’s mission to deliver high-quality, innovative play experiences both regionally and worldwide.
