This February, Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) is flipping the script on Valentine’s season with Singapore’s first-ever coffee rave designed exclusively for singles.
Happening on 22 February 2026 from 3pm to 6pm, Sweet, Bitter, and Twisted promises an unapologetically fun afternoon of music, ice cream, coffee and playful social experiences, all set within MOIC’s outdoor alfresco bar.
Blending DJ-led beats with espresso-fuelled creations and dessert indulgence, the Anti-Valentine’s Coffee Rave taps into the growing global trend of alcohol-optional social events. Guests can choose from both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, making the experience inclusive while keeping the energy high.
Rather than awkward ice-breakers or forced small talk, the event focuses on shared experiences and organic interaction, encouraging connections over caffeine and sugar instead of candlelight and clichés.
The event is brewed in collaboration with global dating app Tantan and local bakery Kwaasong, reimagining the traditional singles mixer with bold flavours, playful games and immersive entertainment.
On the menu are exclusive Mini Ice Cream Tarts featuring flavours like Mango Passionfruit and Black Sesame ice cream, paired with Kwaasong’s earthy matcha and rich chocolate tarts.
The drinks selection mirrors the event’s cheeky spirit with coffee-forward concoctions sporting playful names:
Each drink is available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, ensuring everyone can sip at their own pace.
At the heart of the afternoon is The Hand You’re Dealt, a low-pressure singles mixer game. Upon arrival, guests receive a playing card and check the “Wall of Fate” to uncover what their card says about their vibe and relationship status, sparking conversation in a lighthearted way.
From 3pm to 6pm, attendees can also enjoy Express Tarot Readings, delivering five-minute, tongue-in-cheek insights into dating energy and relationship patterns. Themed readings such as The Red Flag, The Green Light and The Reality Check promise sharp, entertaining revelations.
Soundtracking the afternoon is DJ Alex Limguini, known for his high-energy sets at music festivals and live events. Guests can expect three hours of uplifting house music to keep the vibe buoyant while espresso and ice cream keep spirits high.
