Decathlon Circular Bazaar 2026 Returns with Singapore’s Biggest Second-Hand Bike Festival Across Two Locations

Decathlon Singapore is bringing back its Circular Bazaar for a fourth edition on 4 and 5 July 2026, expanding the event across two experience stores at Decathlon Singapore Lab and Decathlon Northshore. This year’s edition, themed RE-Cycle & Ride, puts cycling and sustainable mobility in the spotlight while introducing the largest second-hand bike festival in Singapore.

Building on its commitment to the circular economy, Decathlon is partnering with the Tour de France EFGH Singapore Criterium and EB Impact to deliver a weekend filled with refurbished bicycles, community activities, cycling experiences, and sustainability initiatives.

The event follows a significant milestone for Decathlon Singapore, which gave more than 7,000 bicycles a second life in 2025 by collecting, refurbishing, and returning them to the streets instead of sending them to landfills. For this year’s Circular Bazaar, the retailer has set an ambitious goal of collecting, refurbishing, and certifying 1,000-wheel products over the two-day event, demonstrating how large scale sustainability initiatives can make sports more accessible while reducing waste.

Visitors looking for a reliable preloved bicycle will have access to hundreds of fully refurbished second hand bikes from a range of brands, with discounts of up to 80 per cent on Decathlon Second Life bicycles. Partner bicycle shop Bike Craft One will also showcase a curated selection of vintage road bicycles, giving cycling enthusiasts even more options to explore.

Cyclists who own eligible preloved Decathlon bicycles can also take advantage of an exclusive Circular Bazaar Buy Back promotion. During the festival, participants will receive an additional 10 per cent bonus on top of the standard buyback value when trading in their bicycles.

Beyond shopping, the Circular Bazaar is designed as a celebration of Singapore’s cycling community. Whether visitors are passionate Tour de France fans, families looking for children’s bicycles, or cyclists interested in learning more about bike maintenance, there will be activities for everyone. Bike Hero will conduct bike repair sharing sessions, while Calibrate Coffee will be on site serving freshly brewed coffee for visitors who cycle to the event.

The partnership with the Tour de France EFGH Singapore Criterium also brings an interactive Home Trainer power challenge to the festival. Participants can put their cycling strength to the test for a chance to win Saturday Social tickets to the upcoming Tour de France EFGH Singapore Criterium. Visitors can also take part in lucky draws and spin the wheel activities to win exclusive merchandise throughout the weekend.

Further strengthening its sustainability efforts, Decathlon is launching a new Bike Rescue Program in collaboration with EB Impact. The initiative brings together students and senior citizens to refurbish donated bicycles while learning mechanical skills with guidance from Decathlon’s experts. Once restored, the bicycles generate value that helps EB Impact fund replacement parts and continue future repair cycles, creating a self-sustaining programme that supports both the community and the environment.
