Located at Basement 1 of Suntec City, near the office towers and bustling dining areas, the new store caters to customers on the go. Whether it is a quick stop during a lunch break, a short window between meetings, or a weekend visit, the concept store is built to make visits seamless, allowing customers to walk in, get what they need, and continue with their day.
Despite its smaller footprint, the store offers comprehensive support. Customers can expect quick consultations with tailored plan recommendations, efficient set-up of multi-line and bundled services, e-appointments to minimise waiting times, and personalised, human-led assistance for more complex needs. The experience is designed to be fast yet reassuring, ensuring customers feel supported even when time is limited.
The space reflects StarHub’s brand identity with its signature green palette, gentle curves, soft fabrics, greenery and sleek metallic accents. Framed by full-height glass panels overlooking the Fountain of Wealth, the store is calm, intuitive and thoughtfully designed to keep visits stress-free and straightforward.
