This Valentine’s Day, Goodwood Park Hotel invites couples to celebrate love with thoughtfully crafted culinary experiences set within one of Singapore’s most storied heritage landmarks. From a brand-new romantic dessert to an indulgent fine dining experience at its acclaimed Gordon Grill, the iconic hotel on Orchard Road offers elegant ways to mark the season of romance.
Adding a touch of sweetness to February celebrations is Berry Sweetheart, a newly created dessert inspired by the classic pavlova. Available for online pre-order from 29 January 2026, the dessert can be collected or delivered from 1 to 15 February 2026.
Priced at $22 nett, Berry Sweetheart is crafted in a graceful heart shape and crowned with fresh, luscious strawberries. The dessert pays homage to the pavlova, a meringue-based confection with European roots, famously named after Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova, who once performed at the hotel premises when it was known as Goodwood Hall in 1922. Reimagined for Valentine’s Day, the dessert transforms a timeless classic into a romantic expression designed to delight both the eyes and the palate.
For couples seeking an elevated dining experience, the MICHELIN Guide-listed Gordon Grill will present an exclusive five-course Valentine’s Day degustation menu, available for dinner only on 13 and 14 February 2026. The menu is priced at $180++ per person, with an optional wine pairing available at $215++ per person.
The evening begins with Hokkaido sea urchin paired with Osetra caviar, cauliflower, lobster Jell-O and seaweed puff, followed by Pasta Gems featuring citrus maize and squid. A refined Dover sole course highlights premium seafood alongside Mazara red prawn and zucchini.
For the main course, diners can choose between Wagyu short ribs served with truffle, chanterelle and a risotto sphere finished in Bordeaux jus, or a quail ballotine accompanied by chanterelle, barley risotto and Madeira jus. The romantic journey concludes with a heart-shaped pavlova with forest berries, complemented by Goodwood Park Hotel’s signature blended coffee or a curated selection of fine teas.
Wine pairings are available for guests who wish to further enhance their dining experience.
Set against the backdrop of Goodwood Park Hotel’s distinctive architecture and more than a century of history, these Valentine’s Day offerings promise a celebration steeped in elegance, romance and culinary craftsmanship. Advance reservations for Gordon Grill are strongly encouraged and can be made online or directly with the restaurant.
