Fresh from its multi-year redevelopment, Grand Hyatt Singapore has unveiled a reimagined 10|SCOTTS, now positioned as the hotel’s Grand Living Room overlooking Orchard Road. Beloved for its waterfall views and homely charm, the lounge returns with two refreshed dining rituals: the Grand Afternoon Tea and the brand-new Grand Evening Indulgence.

A Contemporary Take on Afternoon Tea

Once a quintessential Orchard Road tradition, Afternoon Tea at 10|SCOTTS has been revitalised with a curated semi-buffet that champions quality, provenance, and sustainability. Guests are welcomed with Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea before exploring seasonal charcuterie and cheese from Les Frères Marchand, responsibly sourced ASC smoked salmon, and comforting signatures like a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich.

Warm scones with clotted cream, kaya, and jam remain a highlight, while desserts—including a delicate vanilla mille-feuille with red wine poached pear and a citrus pavlova—arrive tableside in elegant tiers. A bespoke Monogram tea list rounds off the experience, with options from Darjeeling Royal Flush to Golden Moscato Oolong.

The bar menu mirrors the artistry of its teas, with creations like the White Bloom Spritz (vermouth with Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea) and Scotts Americano (cold-drip coffee with vermouth and soda). Zero-proof cocktails, an all-day à la carte menu, and an extended happy hour (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) ensure that every visit feels effortless yet refined.
