Prada Caffè ION Unveils a Chic New Summer Menu Inspired by the Season’s Freshest Flavours

This summer, Prada Caffè at ION Orchard invites you to savour the season with a refreshed menu that exudes lightness, elegance, and the unmistakable style of the iconic fashion house.

Nestled within the Prada Boutique at Singapore’s ION Orchard, Prada Caffè offers more than just a meal—it’s an immersive expression of the brand’s aesthetic. The space features signature celadon green interiors, a black-and-white chequered floor reminiscent of Prada’s first Milan boutique, and delicate floral bas-reliefs that create an atmosphere of refined tranquillity, perfect for a leisurely lunch or elegant afternoon pause.

The newly launched summer menu is a celebration of freshness and sophistication. Start with their Soft Bread Rolls—delicate artisanal buns served in three exquisite variations: smoked salmon, lobster, or a vegetarian mix with burrata and seasonal vegetables. Each bite is designed as a refined yet satisfying treat.

For those seeking elevated classics, the Signature All-Day selection delivers vibrant flavours with summery flair. Highlights include Salmon Gravlax with zucchini and Taggiasca olives, Burrata paired with beetroot carpaccio, Beef Tartare topped with Parmigiano and capers, and Roasted Octopus with corn cream and paprika oil.

Over at the pastry counter, a standout new addition takes centre stage: the Summer Panettone. This seasonal reimagination of the classic Milanese dessert is enriched with semi-candied apricots, candied lemon, and finished with a delicate almond glaze.
