Global K-pop sensation MINNIE from I-DLE lit up the event with a special appearance that drew thousands of fans, media, and influencers from across Southeast Asia.
Now over 4,100 square feet, the revamped Skechers flagship at #02-11, Bugis Junction is more than double its previous size, offering an immersive and elevated shopping experience that blends fashion, comfort, and innovation. Guests were the first to explore its sleek new look, vibrant colour scheme of navy and fuchsia, and curated displays featuring Skechers’ latest lifestyle and performance collections.
Highlights include exclusive lines like Court Classics, Skechers Street Shadow Collection, Hotshot Collection, Pickleball, and Performance Technical Running — all under one roof. The reimagined space also introduces SafeSize technology, a cutting-edge digital fitting solution offering personalized footwear recommendations based on foot measurements and movement patterns.
Kicking off the celebrations, Skechers Southeast Asia President Cedrick Tan welcomed guests before MINNIE took center stage to unveil the new store. Fans went wild as she toured the space, showcasing Skechers’ refreshed retail vision and signature Comfort Technology in action.
Festivities then spilled over to Level 1 Bugis Square Outdoor Atrium, where a vibrant fashion showcase spotlighted Skechers’ latest looks. MINNIE returned to the spotlight for a live Q&A hosted by Hazelle Teo (@heyhihazelle), delighting fans with insights and personal moments.
Lucky supporters from Singapore and beyond, selected through in-store promotions and social media contests, scored access to a VIP Fan Zone where they shared unforgettable interactions with MINNIE. Guests also enjoyed interactive elements like a Skechers charms bar for sneaker customisation and a photo booth to capture the moment.
