The Sarnies Group is turning up the heat on Bangkok’s dining scene with the launch of Carito’s, a vibrant new concept celebrating modern Latin American cuisine. Spanning two floors of a restored shophouse on Sukhumvit 22, Carito’s delivers a bold fusion of flavour and flair, pairing heritage-rich dishes with an upbeat wine bar atmosphere.

Carito’s brings the soulful spirit of Latin America to life—where food isn’t just sustenance but a celebration of culture. The menu journeys across the continent, from the Andes to the Amazon, with time-honoured recipes reimagined through a modern lens. Signature highlights include the Beef Shank Barbacoa, slow-cooked for six hours and served with mole poblano and mojo verde, and the refreshing Sea Bream Aguachile, featuring watermelon agua chile, chamomile salt, and finger lime.
The drink menu is equally dynamic, showcasing the best of Latin American craftsmanship. Expect a thoughtfully curated selection of wines from Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, alongside inventive cocktails like the Guava Pisco Sour and Oaxacan Old-Fashioned, which spotlight regional spirits and ingredients.
For a unique non-alcoholic experience, Carito’s offers house-made ferments that reflect the wine culture without the alcohol. Creative options include Sourdough & Honey, a sourdough mead made with wildflower honey and native yeast, and Tepache, a traditional fermented pineapple drink made with local piloncillo.
Carito’s is now open on Sukhumvit 22, Bangkok.
