I recently visited Opus for a tasting session of the Grilled Out Sunday buffet brunch and savoured everything available on the menu. The experience is designed as an à la carte buffet. Dishes are served directly to your table rather than requiring multiple trips to a buffet station, adding finesse.
Priced at $88 per adult and $44 per child aged 6 to 12, the experience includes unlimited appertisers, sides, desserts and grilled mains, all prepared with choice ingredient and meticulous attention to detail.
For smaller eaters, you can choose to forgo the buffet and opt for a set menu, featuring one main course and two sides for $48 per person, with the option to add an appetiser or dessert for an additional $18.
Free-flow drink packages are also available at $48 per person. They offer unlimited Taittinger Brut, beers, house wines, and a selection of three Amaro-forward cocktails: Wild Bramble, Spritzen, and Out of Office.
