Food & Hotel Asia-Food & Beverage (FHA-F&B) is making a grand return to Singapore EXPO from April 8-11, 2025, reaffirming its position as Asia’s leading international F&B event. With over 1,500 exhibitors, 80 group pavilions from more than 50 countries, and 65,000 attendees from over 90 nations, this year’s edition promises to be bigger and more diverse than ever.

A Showcase of First-Time and Exclusive Participants
More than 35% of exhibitors are participating for the first time, adding 900 new names to the lineup and introducing fresh innovations to the industry. The Singapore Pavilion will spotlight over 80 local companies, including exclusive exhibitors Toh Thye San and Lim Joo Huat, highlighting Singapore’s rich culinary heritage and advancements in food sustainability.
The event will also feature the Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), alongside the EU Pavilion, which will showcase premium food and beverages from all 27 EU Member States, offering attendees a taste of European excellence.
New Beverage Zone and Competitive Mixology Events
With the rising demand for non-alcoholic beverages, FHA-F&B 2025 debuts a Beverage Zone dedicated to the latest trends in the sector. This expansion comes as markets across Asia-Pacific witness a surge in alcohol-free consumption, with Japan leading the “sober curious” movement and China’s industry projected to double its revenue by 2028.
New to the event this year are two exciting competitions:
- Zero Mixology Challenge – Inspired by China’s Fashion Drinks Competition, this contest spotlights innovative non-alcoholic concoctions that align with evolving consumer preferences.
- National Cocktail Challenge – A premier mixology contest celebrating creativity and expertise in cocktail crafting.
High-Stakes Culinary Competitions
The FHA Culinary Challenge returns with its first-ever individual segments, featuring the Individual Challenge Culinary and Individual Challenge Patisserie. Esteemed judges, including Otto Weibel (SG), Rudolf Muller (SG/CH), Frank Wedmann (DE), and Clinton Zhu (CN), will oversee the competitions, while Andy Cuthbert, President of the World Association of Chefs Societies, will serve as a guest judge at the Chef’s Table segment.
Expert-Led Seminars on Future F&B Trends

Attendees can gain exclusive insights at two expertly curated sessions:
- FHA Seminar – Exploring the future of food, emerging trends, and regulatory updates.
- Sustainable Food Future Seminar – Addressing food security, eco-friendly packaging, and alternative proteins.
