Taiwanese Singer-Songwriter Chih Siou to Make Singapore Debut This April

Golden Melody Award-winning Taiwanese singer-songwriter Chih Siou (持修) is set to perform in Singapore for the first time! The rising Mandopop sensation will take the stage at Wire Entertainment on 6 April 2025 (Sunday), bringing his soul-stirring vocals and poignant melodies to local fans. Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster on 12 March at 12 PM.

A Rising Star in Mandopop

Chih Siou made his debut in 2019 with his album The Elephant in the Room (房间里的大象), instantly captivating audiences with his gentle vocals, poetic storytelling, and folk-infused electronic pop. Signed under Mandopop legend A-Mei’s label Ya Sound Entertainment (野声音娱乐), he quickly rose to fame, earning the Best Newcomer Award at the 31st Golden Melody Awards and Best New Asian Artist at the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards.

Having recently performed at SXSW Austin (2024) and released his critically acclaimed third album, SOU (受), Chih Siou is now embarking on his first-ever Asia tour, with stops in Tokyo, Bangkok, and Singapore.

As part of his tour, Chih Siou will present his “LOVE’S COMPLEMENTATION PROJECT,” delivering heartfelt messages of love, heartbreak, and loss through his deeply emotive songs.
