Redemption Details

Redeem your rewards at the NEX Customer Service Counter on B2. Redemptions start at 10.30am, with the last queue ticket issued at 9.30pm daily, except on 28 January (eve of Lunar New Year), when the last ticket will be issued at 5.30pm. Ensure your spending qualifies with a maximum of three same-day combined transactions worth $20 or more, and redeem on the same day as your purchase.

From 6 to 27 January, explore the BHG Lunar New Year Fair at the NEX Atrium on Level 1. With 31 participating brands, shoppers can find traditional delicacies, festive decorations, and more to prepare for the season. Visit on 12 or 25 January between 2-4pm, spend $128 or more, and receive complimentary Chinese Chun Lian calligraphy!
