In a nod to the influential artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, Dom Pérignon has launched a special edition of its Vintage 2015, featuring exclusive coffrets inspired by Basquiat’s famed In Italian painting. The limited edition includes three distinct coffrets which, when placed side by side, reassemble Basquiat’s iconic artwork, offering a unique and collectible experience for art and champagne enthusiasts.
Reflecting Dom Pérignon’s tradition of collaborating with leading artists, this release showcases a hybrid emblem, blending the Maison’s signature shield with Basquiat’s three-peaked crown. Each bottle is adorned with the emblem, merging Dom Pérignon’s legacy with Basquiat’s iconic style and cultural resonance.
This special edition launch follows a history of Dom Pérignon’s collaborations with prominent artists, from Karl Lagerfeld to Lady Gaga and Andy Warhol. The Maison hosted an exclusive launch event at The Brant Foundation in New York, gathering artists and Basquiat admirers to celebrate his lasting impact on contemporary art.
Now available in Singapore just in time for the festive season, the Dom Pérignon Special Edition Jean-Michel Basquiat Vintage 2015 can be purchased at Crystal Wines, Oak Cellars, and Moomba.
