Zeekr Unveils Luxury MPV Zeekr 009 at Singapore International Energy Week 2024

After the successful launch of its premium compact SUV, Zeekr X, global electric vehicle brand Zeekr (NYSE: ZK) is set to make waves again with the debut of its luxury electric MPV, the Zeekr 009. This all-new model will premiere at the Singapore International Energy Week 2024 (SIEW), Asia’s leading energy event, held from October 21 to 25 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

As the official car sponsor of SIEW 2024, Zeekr will provide a fleet of 10 Zeekr 009 MPVs to transport VIP guests during the event. Attendees will also get a chance to view the sleek new electric vehicle up close and experience its luxury firsthand. Zeekr’s presence at the event highlights its dedication to championing sustainable mobility, aligning with global efforts to reduce carbon emissions in the transportation sector.

Zeekr 009: Redefining Electric Luxury

The Zeekr 009 offers both six- and seven-seater configurations, tailored to diverse customer preferences. Equipped with a 116kWh battery, the MPV boasts an impressive range of up to 582km on a full charge and supports fast charging from 10-80% in just 30 minutes. With a dual-motor all-wheel drive system producing 450kW of peak power, the vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds, delivering a smooth yet powerful driving experience.

Designed with luxury and safety in mind, the Zeekr 009 features a comprehensive sensor suite with high-definition cameras, millimetre-wave radars, and intelligent driver assistance systems. The Zeekr AI Mate Intelligent Assistant ensures seamless control of navigation, climate, and entertainment features, allowing drivers to stay focused on the road.

The MPV’s infotainment system is powered by two Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chips, offering an immersive experience for both the front and rear cabins. With a 15.05-inch OLED screen in the front, a 17-inch OLED screen in the rear, and a 30-speaker Yamaha surround sound system, passengers are treated to a cinematic in-car experience.

Luxury extends to the interior, with seats upholstered in premium Nappa leather. The Lounge Chair Mode, inspired by the iconic Eames Lounge Chair, allows passengers to fully stretch out, providing the ultimate comfort on long journeys. Other standout features include a versatile 8.6-litre refrigerator with cooling and heating functions, complete with UV sterilisation—perfect for keeping everything from baby food to champagne fresh.

Zeekr Experience Centre in Singapore

Located at 9 Leng Kee Road, the Zeekr Experience Centre offers a luxurious and personalised approach to car shopping. Spread across two floors, it serves as the brand’s official showroom in Singapore, where visitors can explore Zeekr’s advanced technologies and book test drives of the Zeekr 009.

Now available for viewing and test drives, the Zeekr 009 starts at S$409,999 for the premium seven-seater variant, and S$419,999 for the flagship six-seater model.
