Dragon Ball DAIMA promises a fresh storyline featuring new and familiar faces, all crafted by creator Akira Toriyama himself.
In Dragon Ball DAIMA, a mysterious conspiracy transforms Goku and his friends into smaller versions of themselves. Together with Supreme Kai and new characters Glorio and Panzy, they embark on an adventure in the “Demon Realm.” What challenges await them in this unknown world?
The series boasts an impressive creative team, with Yoshitaka Yashima (Dragon Ball Z: Cooler’s Revenge) and Aya Komaki (One Piece) at the helm, and Yuko Kakihara handling series composition. Character designs come from Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, while the music is a star-studded affair. The opening theme, “Jaka Jaan,” is composed by Grammy-winning artist Zedd, with vocals by the singer-songwriter duo C&K and lyrics by Yukinojo Mori, famed for his work on classic Dragon Ball songs like “CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA.” Zedd also produced the ending song, “NAKAMA,” featuring AI.
