Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has unveiled its new luxurious lounge at London Stansted Airport. The airline invested over £4 million in creating a spacious, 900-square-metre haven for up to 125 guests, offering premium services to First and Business Class passengers as well as Emirates Skywards members.
This new lounge is Emirates’ sixth in the UK, complementing existing facilities at London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Manchester. Now, all London airports served by Emirates offer access to top-tier pre-flight experiences, allowing customers to relax and enjoy elevated dining before their journeys.
Setting a New Standard in Premium Travel
Located in Satellite 1, conveniently close to the departure gates, the new lounge provides guests with an array of comfortable seating options, exceptional food and drink choices, complimentary Wi-Fi, and refreshing shower facilities. With a short 2-3 minute walk to the aircraft, the lounge also ensures easy boarding access.
A Celebration of British Produce
Emirates has partnered with Full Circles Farms in Sussex to introduce a “farm to table” concept, offering fresh, seasonal menus with organic produce and local dishes. Guests can also indulge in premium spirits, wines, and the finest Moet & Chandon champagne.
A Longstanding Commitment to the UK
Having operated in the UK since 1987, Emirates continues to strengthen its ties with the region. The airline currently operates 133 weekly flights to the UK, including a double-daily Boeing 777 service to and from London Stansted. With connections to over 140 destinations, Emirates offers UK passengers seamless access to Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.
