Starting 6 September, shoppers can get more for their spending at Velocity. For every $120 spent, U-POPP (UOL’s Power of Purchase Program) members can redeem $10 UOL e-vouchers. But the excitement doesn’t stop there. The top spenders from 6 to 15 September will be rewarded with exclusive fan meet passes to see the BWT Alpine F1 Team drivers up close.
Singapore Grand Prix 2024 ticket holders can also enjoy the ‘Flash F1 Tickets’ promotion, which offers a 10% discount at selected outlets, including Cedele, D’skin, Omoté, and more.
Alpine A110 Sports Cars Take Center Stage
From 16 to 22 September, the Main Atrium at Velocity will showcase a stunning line-up of Alpine A110 sports cars. These sleek, lightweight marvels, known for their nimble performance and advanced engineering, will be on display for enthusiasts to admire. Shoppers can also sign up for a thrilling test drive experience during the event.
For those with a creative eye, this event offers a chance to snap photos with the Alpine A110+ and A110S, as well as life-sized standees of the BWT Alpine Team F1 drivers. Participants who submit their best shots could win an exclusive Meet & Greet session with the drivers.
Adding a unique twist to the display, one Alpine A110 will serve as a canvas for a special art installation featuring Singapore-inspired illustrations by a local artist. Shoppers can even join in the fun by helping to color the artwork directly on the car, blending art and automotive design in a vibrant, interactive experience.
Meet the F1 Drivers on 19 September
The highlight of the event will be the exclusive one-day appearance of the BWT Alpine F1 Team drivers on 19 September at Velocity@Novena Square. Fans will have the rare opportunity to meet and interact with Pierre Gasly, Esteban Ocon, and reserve driver Jack Doohan.
Pierre Gasly, with 130 race starts and a notable victory at Monza in 2020, and Esteban Ocon, who boasts 133 Grand Prix starts and a stunning win at the 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix, will be on hand to greet fans. Jack Doohan, the team’s reserve driver, known for his impressive performance in the F2 season, will also be part of the event.
Invited guests can look forward to exclusive photo opportunities and interactions with these top-tier drivers at the Velocity main atrium, making it a must-attend event for any F1 enthusiast.
