Late last year, Morton’s The Steakhouse, a renowned name in the American steakhouse dining experience, made a grand return to Singapore with a refreshed menu. For the past 25 years, Morton’s has remained the go-to destination for upscale dining and unparalleled hospitality. It is one of our favourite go-to places for quality steaks and we are glad they are back.
Earlier this year, Morton’s expanded their offering by introducing their Sunday Lunch, available weekly from 12 to 3pm every Sunday.
They have now introduced a limited time, specially priced 3-course dinner sharing menu, available from now till 31 August.
Priced at $328 for two person, you get to choose your preferred dishes from a curated selection as below:
Starter (choice of one to share):
Lobster Bisque
Baked French Onion Soup
Casear Salad
Iceberg Wedge
Entree (choice of one per guest):
6 oz. Centre-Cut Filet Mignon

Maine Lobster Ravioli
8 oz. Centre-Cut Filet Mignon (+$10)

Cognac Sauce Au Poivre
Blue Cheese Butter
Calabrian Chile Butter
Accompaniments (choice of two for the table):
Creamed Spinach
Truffled Cream Corn

Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes
Lobster Mac & Cheese (+$19)
Desserts (choice of one to share):
Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake
Cheesecake
Key Lime Pie
Asher and I were invited for a tasting of the special 3-course menu and these were the items that we chose to share:
Since the price is fixed, to get the best value, opt for the Lobster Bisque for the starter and Filet Mignon for the main. You cannot go wrong with any steak order at Morton’s which has always been consistently good in all our visits. This time round, Morton’s delivered again on quality.
This is the first time we tried Morton’s Ora King Salmon and it delivers on both taste and presentation. Served with roasted asparagus and baby carrot, the salmon has a light char on the outside, while moist on the inside. Even Gordon Ramsay will be pleased with the excellent cooking.
The portions are always generous at Morton’s, served in American super-size portions. However, we would recommend upgrading to the 10 oz Filet Mignon (+$10) for the main and a serving of Lobster Mac & Cheese (+$19) if you are a big eater.
At $328 for two, this is a great deal to enjoy, based off the usual menu prices at Morton’s. Given the huge servings, it is sufficient for two adults and one or two kids to share for a sumptuous family dinner.
