SB19 Wins ‘Favorite Asian Act’ at Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024
Filipino boy band SB19 has triumphed at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024, winning the ‘Favorite Asian Act’ category. The group bested other nominees including Tiara Andini from Indonesia, Niziu from Japan, ENHYPEN from Korea, and Iman Troye from Malaysia.
The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 was a spectacular event held in the US, taking kids and families to Bikini Bottom for the biggest underwater party of the summer, celebrating 25 years of SpongeBob SquarePants. Hosted by SpongeBob (voiced by Tom Kenny) and Patrick Star (voiced by Bill Fagerbakke), the show featured enhanced graphics, high-tech motion capture, augmented reality, and celebrity appearances.
The show will air in Asia on the anniversary of the SpongeBob series, which launched in 1999. Catch it on Nickelodeon on July 17 at 3:00 PM MY PH SG / 2:00 PM WIB, with encore telecasts on July 18 at 11:30 AM MY PH SG / 10:30 AM WIB and on July 20 at 12:00 PM MY PH SG / 11:00 AM WIB.
