Aloft Singapore Novena is celebrating National Day with special promotions at its in-house restaurants, Yuè and 21 on Rajah. From August 1 to 31, guests can enjoy an exclusive four-course seafood feast for just $59++ for two.

Yuè at Aloft

Yuè is offering a decadent set meal that highlights the essence of Singapore’s culinary heritage. The star of the menu is the Seafood Crispy Noodles, generously coated in a rich chilli crab sauce, delivering a blend of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors. Other highlights include:

• Herbal Peppercorn Soup: A comforting bowl featuring mini abalone, fish maw, and home-made meatballs.
• Baked King Prawn with Garlic Sambal Mayo: Succulent king prawns baked to perfection, complemented by a spicy and creamy sambal mayo.
• Deep-Fried Durian Roll: A golden, crispy dessert with a creamy durian filling, offering a memorable conclusion to the meal.

For those who love crabs, Yuè offers a trio of crabs (300 – 400g) for S$98++ with eight different cooking styles to choose from, including Singapore-style Chilli with Nachos and Wok-fried with Black Pepper.

21 on Rajah

21 on Rajah, located in the East Wing of Aloft Singapore Novena, is serving a Medditer-Asian buffet featuring a medley of iconic dishes such as:

• Roasted New Zealand Grass Fed Beef Rib-eye: Marinated with Rendang Barbecue Sauce and served with grilled vegetables and condiments.
• Banana Leaf Ikan Panggang: A grilled fish dish marinated in aromatic spices.
• Ayam Penyet: Smashed fried chicken paired with sweet, spicy sambal.
• Slipper Lobster in Salted Egg Sauce: Served with deep-fried mantou on weekends.
• Oyster Omelette: Fluffy omelette with juicy oysters.

The buffet also includes delectable desserts such as Fresh Durian Mousse with Coconut Cream and Gula Melaka, and Bubur Cha-Cha.

• Dinner: Friday to Sunday, Eve of Public Holidays, & Public Holidays | 6 PM to 10 PM – S$78++ per adult | S$39++ per child (6-12 years old)

Weekday Buffet:

• Brunch: Monday to Friday | 12 PM to 3 PM – S$52++ per adult | S$26++ per child (6-12 years old)
• Dinner: Monday to Thursday | 6 PM to 10 PM – S$68++ per adult | S$34++ per child (6-12 years old)
