PUMA Announces BLACKPINK’s Rosé as New Global Brand Ambassador

PUMA has officially announced a new partnership with Rosé, a standout member of the internationally acclaimed South Korean girl group BLACKPINK. Known for their record-breaking hits and massive global fanbase, BLACKPINK has cemented its place in music history, and Rosé continues to shine both as a K-pop sensation and a fashion icon.

As the new global brand ambassador for PUMA, Rosé will bring her unique vision, voice, and style to the brand’s global campaigns. She will play a key role in PUMA’s “Rewrite the Classics” program, which aims to modernize and celebrate PUMA’s most iconic footwear franchises for a new generation.

Rosé joins an elite group of PUMA Sportstyle ambassadors, which includes notable figures like Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Dua Lipa, and Skepta. She kicks off her partnership by styling the classic PUMA Palermo in her own distinctive way, setting the tone for future collaborations that will highlight additional classic PUMA silhouettes.

Rosé, loved worldwide for her rock star persona, has been passionate about music from a young age. Her journey began with learning the piano and guitar, which fueled her passion for singing and songwriting. In 2021, Rosé released her debut solo album ‘R’, featuring the lead single “On the Ground.” The music video for this single set a record as the most-viewed in the first 24 hours on YouTube by a solo K-pop artist. Her accolades include a Hanteo Music Award and a Mnet Asian Music Award, and she holds the distinction of being the first artist to top the Billboard Global 200 both as a soloist and as part of a group.
