SUSHISAMBA to Make Asian Debut in Singapore this July

The globally acclaimed SUSHISAMBA is set to open its first Asia location in Singapore this July, bringing its unique culinary flair to the Lion City. Managed by Sunset Hospitality Group, this celebrated lifestyle restaurant and bar will be situated on the 52nd floor of Capital Tower, offering diners breathtaking 360-degree views of Singapore’s skyline.

A Culinary Fusion

SUSHISAMBA is renowned for its eclectic mix of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines, an innovative blend that has won hearts across the globe. Leading the kitchen in Singapore is Chef Kyung Soo Moon, a highly respected Culinary Director with over 20 years of international experience. The menu will feature signature dishes such as Peruvian ceviche and the SAMBA Singapore roll, alongside sushi and sashimi made from ingredients sourced from top suppliers worldwide, including fresh tuna from Japan. Additionally, the culinary team will incorporate local organic produce, ensuring a fresh and vibrant dining experience tailored to Singaporean tastes.

Perched 260 meters high on the 52nd floor of Capital Tower, SUSHISAMBA Singapore is set in the bustling Central Business District, surrounded by sleek skyscrapers and modern architecture. This prime location offers not only stunning city and sea views but also a lively atmosphere at the heart of Singapore’s economic and financial hub.

A Design Marvel

Designed by the internationally acclaimed KokaiStudios, SUSHISAMBA Singapore spans an impressive 12,000 square feet and seats 250 guests across multiple levels. The sophisticated design blends sleek, modern elements with organic touches, reflecting the restaurant’s Brazilian and Peruvian roots. The main dining area features a theatre-style open kitchen and robata grill, where chefs will prepare premium ingredients in full view of diners. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, DJs will play a mix of Afro, Brazilian, and Latin-inspired tunes, while Samba dancers and percussionists will bring dynamic rhythms to the space.

For those seeking a more intimate experience, the restaurant offers three private dining rooms, each with its own unique ambiance and stunning views. The iconic SAMBA ROOM, located on the mezzanine floor, provides a chic lounge setting perfect for enjoying creatively crafted cocktails.
