SUSHISAMBA is renowned for its eclectic mix of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines, an innovative blend that has won hearts across the globe. Leading the kitchen in Singapore is Chef Kyung Soo Moon, a highly respected Culinary Director with over 20 years of international experience. Designed by the internationally acclaimed KokaiStudios, SUSHISAMBA Singapore spans an impressive 12,000 square feet and seats 250 guests across multiple levels. The sophisticated design blends sleek, modern elements with organic touches, reflecting the restaurant’s Brazilian and Peruvian roots. The main dining area features a theatre-style open kitchen and robata grill, where chefs will prepare premium ingredients in full view of diners.
