giga!’s move to eSIM technology aligns with its commitment to sustainability and reducing its eco-footprint. By eliminating the need for physical SIM cards, eSIM technology supports an eco-friendly and plastic-free approach. This technology also enhances customer security by reducing the risk of physical SIM card theft and fraud. All transactions are securely handled through the giga! app, ensuring customer data protection.
From now until June 30, 2024, existing customers on giga!’s $18.33, $20.37, and $25.45 plans will be automatically upgraded to the new 5G eSIM plans. These customers can exchange their old SIM cards for eSIMs at no cost (normally $1). After this period, new customers will be charged $1 for an eSIM or $2.04 for the delivery of a physical 5G SIM card.
$18.33 5G Plan: Includes 300GB of data, 800 SMS, 800 minutes of talk time, and 2GB of free monthly data roaming.
