Comprised of several vignettes leading to a seven-minute cinematic experience, “Grey Days” delves into various facets of New Balance’s rich history and cultural significance. Each vignette offers a unique perspective, showcasing different chapters of the brand’s journey.

The film, produced under the new imprint American Haiku, is a collaborative effort led by creative directors Thom Glover and Daniel Wolfe, along with Elliott Power. Renowned director of photography Norm Li lends his expertise, capturing the essence of New Balance’s legacy on screen. Adding to the visual narrative, the film features meticulously crafted 1960s retro animation by Stray London, accompanied by stunning still photography courtesy of Samuel Bradley.
