On 8 February 2024, Prudential and ITE signed an MOU at Prudential Singapore’s Marina One office to equip about 3,000 ITE students with workplace skills and competencies under TEE-Up, Prudential’s talent engagement programme.

Under the TEE-Up initiative, students gain access to over 300 educational videos across various social media channels. These videos feature interviews with professionals, productivity tips, and entrepreneurial stories, offering valuable insights into the professional world. Moreover, students are encouraged to actively engage with the content, sharing their internship experiences and becoming co-creators of video content.

Furthermore, TEE-Up offers access to programmes and content designed by career development coaches, aiding students in identifying their key competencies and areas for growth, thereby better preparing them for the workforce.

Since its pilot launch in 2022, TEE-Up has successfully collaborated with five polytechnics in Singapore, facilitating mentorship opportunities for students across diverse industries such as financial services, wholesale trade, technology, and design, with over 120 mentors onboard.

Through this concerted effort, Prudential and ITE aim to nurture a generation of skilled and adaptable professionals, ready to thrive in the dynamic landscape of the modern workplace.
