As the Chinese New Year (CNY) approaches, the award-winning Hai Tien Lo (海天楼), as well as Edge at Pan Pacific Singapore are gearing up to offer an array of exquisite dining experiences and takeaway treats to usher in the Year of the Dragon.
Helmed by Chef Ricky Leung, Hai Tien Lo features traditional Cantonese dining with a modern twist. They serve a wide variety of classic dishes using time-honoured recipes as well as a ‘new Cantonese’ menu, curated by Chef Ricky and his team, catering for both the old and the new.
From January 22 to February 25, 2024, Hai Tien Lo is presenting an enticing range of an auspicious eight CNY Lunch and Dinner Set Menus. Guests can indulge in a variety of meticulously crafted dishes, including vegetarian options, with prices starting from $128 per person.

Menu highlights include Chef Ricky’s signature Sliced Crispy Barbecued Suckling Pig and Fish Roe Sauce accompanied with Deep-fried Crispy Chicken Wing stuffed with Bird’s Nest, Fish Maw and Crab Meat; the Braised South African Whole Abalone with Truffles and Crispy Sea Cucumber; and the Double-boiled Fish Maw with Bamboo Pith and Dried Scallops in Fish Bone Broth.

Every dish was meticulously prepared, with close attention to details, using the finest premium ingredients money can buy. We love the rich, classic double-boiled fish bone soup, alongside the modern sliced suckling pig platter, presenting both traditional and contemporary Cantonese flavours in one meal.
The Double Dragon Blessing Premium Treasure Pot ($598 for 6 pax or $938 for 10 pax) was another clear highlight. Brimming with all the choicest CNY ingredients, one serving of this can get you full and contained, feeling prosperous for the new year.
