It sits on the site of the old Golden Shoe/ Market Street Food Food Centre. Amazingly, the food centre is conserved and retained whole in this new integrated development.

We had dinner at contemporary western bar-bistro, Dallas Restaurant & Bar during our stay, a short 5-minute walk from CapitaSpring with a riverfront view.
