Great World and Tanglin Mall are proud to unveil their joint initiative, Malls of Love, a heartwarming campaign aimed at making a positive impact on the lives of others. This charitable endeavor is part of Chef Violet Oon’s collaboration with Community Chest’s Empowering Lives: Food for Good initiative, marking its 40th anniversary. From 18 November to 31 December, these two vibrant shopping destinations will unite in support of Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS).
Donate and Make a Difference
Wondering how you can join the cause? Embrace the spirit of giving this festive season by donating either $5 or $50 to Community Chest at Great World & Tanglin Mall’s Customer Service Counters and the Malls of Love Christmas Booth. All proceeds, a whopping 100%, will go directly to Community Chest, supporting CPAS.
- $50 can aid in purchasing a custom hand splint to improve a client’s hand posture for better function.
- $100 can provide a month’s supply of diapers for students or clients.
- $200 can contribute to purchasing a basic Assistive Communication device for a non-verbal child.
As a token of gratitude, the first 1,000 shoppers who donate $50 will receive $25 worth of exciting F&B e-vouchers from COLLINS, Windowsill Pies, Tanglin Cookhouse, and Wine Connection Bistro, along with 1000 Great Rewards Points (worth $5)!
Malls of Love Christmas Booth
Explore the beautifully decorated booth just outside Lee Hwa Jewellery (Great World, Level 1), adorned by top carnival organizer Uncle Ringo. From November 18 to December 23, 2023, (with CPAS Representatives present on Fridays & Saturdays, 12 pm-7 pm), visit the Malls of Love Christmas Booth to learn more about CPAS and make a donation. Donors at the booth will also receive a packet of cookies baked by CPAS students using Violet Oon’s recipe, while stocks last.
Groove to Live Beats and Special Performances
On November 18, 25, and 26, as well as December 8, 2023, be captivated by exclusive performances by CPAS students and beneficiaries.
