Razer sets new standards in mobile gaming with the launch of a substantial update to its Razer Nexus app. Nexus 3.0 takes mobile gaming to unprecedented heights, introducing a host of innovative features for Android users and a refined, upgraded experience for iPhone enthusiasts. This monumental update embodies Razer’s commitment to elevating high-performance gaming, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of mobile gaming experiences.

The Razer Nexus 3.0 update is available for download, free of charge, for all users.

Elevating Game Discovery

The Razer Nexus app has transformed into the ultimate gaming concierge, meticulously curating an extensive selection of games tailored for the vibrant Razer community. With optional video previews and meticulously organized categories, the app minimizes the time between discovering a game and diving into gameplay. This enriched catalogue is now live for both Android and iPhone users, making game discovery more exciting than ever.

Sleek User Interface Redesign

Razer Nexus users are in for a treat as the UI receives a stunning makeover, introducing new options for an animated Dynamic Color background or a Game Background feature that showcases unique, handpicked wallpapers corresponding to installed games. The update also introduces a Favorites row, granting instant access to users’ most cherished games.

Android users with Kishi V2 or Kishi V2 Pro controllers will experience seamless integration, with the app launching automatically upon connection.

Revolutionizing Virtual Controller Mode (Android-exclusive)

Nexus 3.0 pioneers an enhanced Virtual Controller Mode, which brings Kishi V2 compatibility to touchscreen-centric games. This groundbreaking feature now supports MOBA games, provides options to invert the X/Y camera axis, enables camera sensitivity control, offers unique keymapping for M1/M2 buttons, and eliminates the Android Accessibility permission requirement.

Razer’s ongoing investment in Virtual Controller Mode opens up a world of possibilities for Kishi V2 Android users.

Optimized Gaming Performance (Android-exclusive)

The update underscores Razer’s unwavering commitment to top-tier performance and reliability. Notable improvements include reduced power consumption for Kishi V2 controllers, automatic suspension of controller input during device sleep, enhanced reliability of the app launch button, and unmatched quality and stability for recorded videos and screenshots. A first-of-its-kind feature allows you to choose between HID and XInput controller modes with the Kishi V2 Pro, delivering ultimate versatility.

The update is now available for download via the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
