Riding the wave of the truffle popularity surge, IRVINS’ has launched their limited edition Truffle Zig Zag Potato Chips ($6). Through almost a year of rigorous testing of over 40 different recipes and variations of the chips, IRVINS has created some of the best truffle chips I’ve tried.
The intense aroma of truffle hits you the moment you open the pack of chips. Made with real summer truffles from the Italian woodlands, they truly are worth the quality and they certainly are dangerously addictive.
These truffles are known for their hint of hazelnut and are prizes for their gastronomic qualities; the overall profile is balanced with a light earthiness and sweetness. The chips are matched with a hint of parsley which brings out the fragrance of truffle.
The zig zag cut of the chips holds the seasoning well, making each bite a punch of truffle flavour. In fact, even as you munch on continuously, the flavour never falters which tends to happen with most truffle chips.
Enjoy the chips with IRVINS signature salted egg sauce dip.
They are available in all Singapore Stores (Orchard Gateway, Takashimaya, WestGate, Jewel Changi Airport, Changi Terminal 1 Transit, Changi Terminal 3 Transit). They are also available on Shopee, Lazada and in select supermarkets.
This product is not halal-certified but does not contain pork or lard.
