When you book a Lab, it is 100% yours for the time you booked, and you can even bring along 2 friends with you at no additional cost!

Launched just earlier this year, users of MyGymLab can expect commercial-grade and technology-enabled exercise equipment. The space is also highly customizable to your fitness needs and wants, with options to control lights and music.

MyGymLab Features

Impressively, each pod is stocked with a wide range of equipment, including a Smith machine, free weights and Olympic bars among others.

For those intimidated by the range of equipment available, there are AI virtual assistants and trainers to help you out.

The AI mirror allows you to filter exercises by body component and/or by equipment.

If you’re looking for a full workout plan, you can also engage in any of the many virtual classes from professional trainers on KARA (workout mirror). Apart from strength training, there are wellness classes such as yoga and meditation available. Overall, there are over 300+ classes for you to take your pick from!

The gamified Stealth plankster helps you to spice up your regular planks by allowing you to play movement games on your phone.

For cardio lovers, the Technogym treadmill is state-of-the-art (think Olympic standard) and offers live and on-demand classes for you.

If you’re looking to keep track of your progress, each pod also includes an InBody 270 body composition scanner that can calculate statistics such as Percent Body Fat, Skeletal Muscle Mass, BMR with a 15-second scan. The digital results will also be recorded permanently under your MyGymLab account for easy access and comparison.

As each pod is intended for one to three users, you can opt for a quiet solo session or bring along up to two workout buddies for each slot that you book at no additional cost.

The sessions are also rather affordable at $7 per session for premium plan members or pay-as-you-go members during off-peak timings, or $9 for pay-as-you-go members during peak timings. For those who prefer not to commit to gym memberships, this rate structure may be more flexible and convenient. Sessions are in blocks of 30 minutes.

For those who are concerned with sanitary measures, features such as air purifiers and UV cleaning in each pod allows for you to feel at ease while enjoying a good sweat.

As most of the pods are available 24/7, night owls or early risers can head there at any time you please.
