Manage your anxieties, soothe the nervous system and connect with your body through Sound Bath Therapy. Using a singing bowl, Virgin Active’s teacher will lead you through this session of rejuvenation – relax and immerse yourself where only you matter.
If you have trouble falling asleep at night, you will also find solace in Sleep Meditation Therapy, a relaxation technique guided by Virgin Active to quieten the mind, help to reduce insomnia and promote general calmness.
