[Review] White Rabbit Brand Peanuts Nougat Ice Cream

Another collaboration, another rush of nostalgia.

Bright Dairy & Food Co. Ltd. and Shanghai-based White Rabbit Brand, have introduced a new flavour of ice cream – Peanuts Nougat Ice Cream for ice cream lovers to enjoy. Hao Productions, the only authorised distributor of the Peanuts Nougat Ice Cream in Singapore, is bringing them in 63 outlets of FairPrice supermarkets and 21 outlets combined of FairPrice Xpress and Cheers convenience stores.

Sold in boxes of five at S$12.50 per box, the ice cream comes packed in White Rabbit Brand’s signature blue and white-chequered design.

To celebrate the launch of this new flavour in Singapore, there is a promotion for the purchase of any two boxes of the Peanuts Nougat Ice Cream or the White Rabbit Ice Cream at $21.90.

The ice cream features three creative flavours – apart from Bright Dairy’s widely known milk products, it embraces the classic taste of the Peanuts Nougat Candy as well as the distinguished White Rabbit Creamy Candy sweetness. Along with the development of the ‘Peanut Crunchiness Technology’, the Peanuts Nougat Ice Cream also highlights the crispiness of the peanuts as consumers experience in the nougat candy.

We sampled it and found it to have an interesting soft, chewy texture like a nougat, but also the creaminess of an ice cream.

The Peanuts Nougat Ice Cream was first launched in Shanghai in February 2021. Together with Bright Dairy’s outstanding milk resources and White Rabbit Brand’s evolving efforts to further innovate their products, the Peanuts Nougat Ice Cream was made possible.

Earlier in 2020, the two brands have worked together in producing the original White Rabbit Ice Cream.
