AirAsia has expressed its full support towards the announcement by the governments of Singapore and Malaysia for the commencement of the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) between the two countries paving the way for the resumption of flight services on one of the busiest shuttle routes in the world.
AirAsia will be resuming flights between Changi Airport (Terminal 1) and Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2) beginning 29 November 2021.
To kickstart the resumption of VTL travel, AirAsia will operate a 7x weekly flight schedule from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. More routes from other cities in Malaysia will be added and frequencies increased accordingly as travel demand grows in line with the reopening of more leisure destinations in the near future, subject to approval from the authorities.
AirAsia will operate designated VTL flights according to the following schedules:
Guests can book their flights to Kuala Lumpur from just SGD69 one way and travel between 29 November 2021 and 26 March 2022 through the ‘Flights’ icon on the airasia Super App.
