As a start, in collaboration with famous Thai food specialty hawker chain, Kin Hoi, Kwee Zeen seeks to break away from the monotony of city life by bringing Thailand’s street food culture to their Magnifique Hawker Nights, an elevated extensive buffet spread showcasing the best of Singapore hawker culture.

Dive into Kin Hoi’s Chef Nelson’s unique rendition of melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek rendang and chilli crab. The former was the star for the night for us and we had at least five servings.

The Kin Hoi buffet spread at Kwee Zeen also include Thai honey grilled pork to melting beef, Thai-style grilled squid and jumbo grilled prawns.

If you want to up the seafood game, two premium add-on dishes are available – the Velvery Atlantic Cod with Superior Thai Style Sauce ($24) and the Steam Indo Pacific Lobster ($29).
