To adapt to the new normal, One Faber Group recently introduced a series of delivery bundles and ready-to-drink cocktails so everyone can now relish the signature flavours atop Mount Faber Peak in the comfort of home.
The bundles are curated from Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro and Dusk Restaurant & Bar, compete with new innovative bottled cocktails. These are available for order from Chope and GrabFood.
The menus are conceptualised by One Faber Group’s Executive Chef Kenny Yeo, a local culinary veteran with over 30 years of experience in French and European cuisine. In his extensive career, he has worked in celebrated establishments like Singapore’s three Michelin-starred Les Amis and Le Centenaire in France.
While you may miss the spectacular views of Harbourfront and Sentosa Island that both restaurants have come to be known for when dining at home, Chef Kenny and his team have gone to great lengths to curate a selection of dishes that encapsulate the essence of a meal on Mount Faber Peak.
We can see that a lot of thoughts went into the menu curation and were pretty impressed that the food were delivered fresh, piping hot and with the instructions to ensure the dishes are plated correctly for the best stay home dining experience.
Western Classics and Local Delights from Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro
Familiar local flavours are showcased alongside Western classics with Arbora’s Fun Family Feast, a bundle perfect for a family of four and priced at $120. The bundle consists of the following seven courses:
- Premium Tomahawk Pork Rib (250g)
- Steak Au Poivre (240g)
- Mushroom Ragout with Smoked Duck
- Herb-Roasted Half Chicken
- Caesar Salad
- Signature Chilli Crab Potato Skins (4 pcs)
- Wild Mushroom Salad
For S$120, this is a good offer for a small family feast at home for special occasions, featuring a well-curated spread with premium ingredients at a reasonable price.
For starters, indulge in a Classic Caesar Salad, with romaine lettuce, bacon steak, quail eggs, croutons and caesar dressing. For some local flavours, enjoy the signature Chilli Crab Potato Skins, which are deep-fried potato skins served with a homemade gravy of the iconic Singapore chilli crab. A Wild Mushroom Salad of assorted mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette is also included in the bundle.
The family feast also includes four of Arbora’s most popular mains, starting with Mushroom Ragout with Smoked Duck, served in a rich cream sauce, and Steak Au Poivre, a 240g striploin served with fries, seasonal vegetables and green peppercorn sauce. Also on the menu is a Herb-roasted Half Chicken and Tomahawk Pork Rib, the latter of which features a 250g premium tomahawk alongside roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and natural jus.
A smaller Signature Stay-In Set for two is also available at $56, featuring the Chilli Crab Potato Skins and Wild Mushroom Salad as appetisers, and two mains – Steak Au Poivre and Herb-roasted Half Chicken. The set comes with two additional cans of A&W root beer.
Modern European Delicacies from Dusk Restaurant & Bar
Known for being one of the best spots in Singapore for romantic date nights and casual get-togethers, Dusk Restaurant & Bar continues to embody that spirit with two meal bundles that set the mood for a good night in, regardless of the occasion.
The Date Night Bundle at $99 offers a platter of charcuteries like salami, prosciutto, honey baked ham and kalamata olives. For mains, couples will be treated to the Dusk Signature Prawn Capellini, served with sautéed angel hair pasta and doused with fragrant lobster-infused oil. Another Dusk signature to savour is the Seared Duck Confit, with a side of sarladaise potatoes, mesclun salad and brown sauce.
A meal bundle is also available for couples who want all the joy of dining at home without the frills, with the Cosy Stay-In Combo at $99. Dig into dishes like the Shredded Cod Salad, with salted cod, mesclun leaves, vine tomatoes, ikura and capers, and the Forest Mushroom served with sherry cream sauce. The main dishes included in this bundle are the Dusk Signature Prawn Capellini and Sous Vide Beef Cheek in Port Wine, a tantalising dish that showcases sous vide beef cheek alongside seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.
Ready-To-Drink Nitro Cocktails
The home dining experience of Mount Faber Peak is not complete without trying Dusk’s signature nitro cocktails which, for the first time, are available in attractive ready-to-drink bottles.
Conceptualised by Dusk’s in-house sommelier, the fun concoctions are available on both Arbora’s and Dusk’s delivery listings, so diners have the option of whichever restaurant they choose to order from.
For $21, enjoy a bundle of three 100ml bottled cocktails comprising the Nitro-Bomb Negroni, a concoction of London Dry Gin, Italian bitter, sweet vermouth and chocolate liqueur; Nitro-Rosemary Old Fashion with dark spiced La Progresiva 13 rum, agave nectar, spiced bitter and hazelnut liqueur; and Nitro-Beach Party, a tipple made with vodka, peach liqueur, lychee extract, mint, floral vermouth and fresh lime.
Beer lovers can opt for a bundle of three bottles of Arbora craft beer at $21, comprising Summer Ale, American Pale Ale and Lager.
Diners who prefer their champagnes and wines can add on bottles of Laurent Perrier champagne and Clarendelle Rouge or Blanc by Haut Brion for $99 per bottle.
